We are developing custom systems for various applications upon request.

Custom systems including for example special lenses, tube assemblies of our component system, special cross or rotary stages, lift tables, single or multiple axis stands, precision hole punches or micro assembly systems.

Our own design, manufacturing, assembly and service facilities enables us to provide you a complete system from a single supplier.

Spinneret Inspection Microscopes

Manual, semi- or fully-automatic microscopes for spinneret inspection.

inspection- and, due to that, spinning-quality.

• excellent optical image quality
for fatigue-proof operation

• half- or fully-automatic inspection in combination
with motorized axes improves the efficency
and reduces operator influence

• by using the UHL component system, the
inspection microscopes can be easily customized
and provide simplified maintenance

• the PM4, PR5 and PR7 inspection microscopes are
providing a direct, alternating view of capillary and counterbore without moving

Laser measuring system

for the measurement of control cams
on plasic rings in automatic gearboxes

Digital Caliper Measurement

The caliper is fixed in a special holder.

A precise linear axis is moving the loose jaw of the caliper.

The caliper display value is transfered with an adaptor cable and is compared with the real position of the linear axis.

The difference is shown as graphical curve according to VDI/VDE 2617.

The distances and withs of unassembled scales can be measured with the integrated optic and imaging software.

Registration film punch

Punching of registration holes in light sensitive films for PCB manufacturing.

The film is aligned by reference crosshairs shown on video monitors.
